INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINING POSTER (1997)
This poster demonstrates, in text and photographs, nine different exercises designed to improve body awareness, movement confidence, strength and balance. These exercises reinforce patterns of movement that are required to align the body correctly for manual handling of objects and people.
The Charts are 600 mm high x 430 mm wide (A2 size), laminated and designed to be prominently displayed in work stations, changing rooms and staff restrooms - anywhere where staff are able to exercise.
